The Long Fin Gold Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi var. "Gold") is a small and colorful freshwater fish species native to South America. A variant from the more common German Blue Ram. This variant has a bright yellow or gold body with elongated fins are a distinguishing feature. These fish prefer a well-planted aquarium with plenty of hiding spots and slow-moving water.
