The Giant Danio (Devario aequipinnatus) is a vibrant and active freshwater fish species that can bring a lively presence to any aquarium. They have a slender and elongated body with a shimmering silver coloration and bold orange horizontal stripes running along their sides. As their name suggests, Giant Danios can grow quite large compared to other danio species.
